As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Nurse Supervisor - Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital
Shift

Experience
- 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
- Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred
- Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
- BSN Required.
- MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
- Certification in specialty area is preferred.
