Under the supervision of the Urgent Care Manager, and in consultation with the Medical Director, this individual supervises, coordinates, and integrates clinical practice resources and activities to meet the goals of The University of Florida, Jacksonville Physicians. This individual successfully leads the team to provide exemplary quality patient care and deliver exceptional patient experience. Collaborates with Manager on administrative operations and with nursing colleagues in ambulatory care to promote optimal utilization of nursing resources.
