The new center features separate units for children and adolescents, ages 3-18, adults, and a progressive unit designed to help seniors with mental health issues associated with aging like dementia.

The Assistant Nurse Manager:

Is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.
Is responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring , counseling and terminating process.
Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
Performs other duties as assigned.
