Certified School Nurse (CSN) – Wilmette, IL

Soliant Education is seeking a Certified School Nurse (CSN) to support a district in the Wilmette, IL area for the 2025–2026 school year. Please note: this role requires Certified School Nurse (CSN) licensure, which is an additional certification beyond the Registered Nurse (RN) credential.

This position will play a key role in supporting students from Early Childhood through transition-aged programs, ensuring both health compliance and individualized medical support.

Position Details:

  • Location: Wilmette, IL

  • Schedule: Full-time, full school year

  • Caseload: EC–Transition students (travel between schools may be required depending on schedule)

  • Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting vision and hearing screenings (must hold certification)

  • Writing and updating individualized healthcare plans and IEP medical components

  • Providing care plan management and support for students with medical needs

  • Collaborating with staff and families to ensure safe and healthy learning environments

Qualifications:

  • Illinois Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential required

  • Current Illinois RN license

  • Vision and hearing screening certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

  • Previous school-based nursing experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $50–$55/hr (based on experience)
