This opportunity is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positioned in a K-12 school setting in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves providing dedicated one-on-one nursing support to students requiring medical care during the school day. This contract assignment spans the current school year, lasting from ASAP through June 10, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily nursing care to students, including medication administration, monitoring health status, and implementing individualized health plans.
• Assist students with toileting and lifting needs when necessary.
• Manage and support a caseload that may fluctuate based on new enrollments and changing student health requirements.
• Address behavioral challenges with patience and appropriate intervention.
• Collaborate closely with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
• Experience working within a school setting preferred.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and providing personal care.
• Ability to handle behavioral aspects calmly and professionally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.
• Based in Bethlehem, PA, serving students in grades K-12.
