Job Summary:

We seek a full-time, new, or experienced advanced practice provider to join our collaborative cardiothoracic team at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. Excellent opportunity for experienced APPs to function at a high level, but also a unique learning opportunity for new graduates to learn from an engaged team.


Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be a lawful permanent resident or legal member of the US
  • Must be a certified or board-eligible physician assistant or nurse-practitioner with surgical first assisting experience
  • Provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other physicians and dedicated patient care teams
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a VA medical license, and DEA license
