Key Responsibilities of a CNA:

  • Dignified ADL Assistance: Provide thorough and respectful assistance to residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.

  • Accurate Documentation: Complete all required charts, reports, and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications Required:

  • Active Certification: Must hold an Active and Valid Wisconsin CNA certification.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
