Job Summary:

Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at our Kansas City, Kansas location.

Qualified Candidates:

Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience
Support physicians in the inpatient care units
Will independently conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
Will work 4/10 hour shifts with a flexible day off during the week
Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
