Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Chesnut Hill, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of care in interdisciplinary environment.

• Document and chart patient care accurately.

• Ensure residents and their families receive the highest levels of care.

• Must be able to properly lift, turn, move, position, and transport residents.

• Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Essential Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.

• Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the State of PA.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Able to work cooperatively with a larger team to provide the best patient care.

• Time management skills.
