Description:

The RN Care Supervisor position

  • Oversees the quality-of-care delivery for Right at Home.

  • He/She is directly responsible for the initial

    • client assessment, ASAP client assessments

    • client on-boarding,

    • plan of care

  • Medication management

  • Caregiver intro's, training &, supervision

  • Client wellness, mandatory & counseling

  • Client/Caregiver phone triage & guidance

  • Occassional community blood pressure clinics

  • Outreach & relationship building with ALF's, Hospice & more.

Must Haves: 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed in Massachusetts and preferably live on the South Shore, in Massachusetts.

  • 1-2 years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred)

·        Experienced with Dementia & Alzheimer’s-preferred.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) must possess and maintain a current CPR certification

  • Knowledge, ability, and the necessary skill and judgment to perform all nursing procedures as outlined in the scope of practice in the State’s Nurse Practice Act and under the direction of the registered nurse and physician orders

  • Standard MS Office Skills

  • Valid driver’s license and automobile in good working order.

  • Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job

  • Participate in in-service education programs as mandated by State law (this requirement need not be met exclusively through Right at Home sponsored in-services programs)

 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
