Coverage Area: McLennan County with focus in Hewitt, Bruceville, Eddy, Moody, Lorena, Golinda

This position is paid on a per-point basis. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of annual compensation.

Be the Best Home Health LVN/LPN You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
  • Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
  • Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Maintain completeness of resident charts and individual care plans, making sure entries are timely, informative, and descriptive of resident’s condition. Write daily nursing notes on all skilled residents, and monthly summary notes on each resident according to posted schedule. Be responsible for timely execution of all physician orders, including laboratory testing, specialized therapy orders, and preparation and administration of all medications as indicated. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must be a licensed LVN/ RN in good standing in the state where employed Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required Completion of orientation required by company policy. Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment. Mandatory drug test upon hire. Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
