Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN):

·         Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health

·         Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

·         Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans

·         Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs

·         Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN):

·         Active RN license in New Jersey

·         Experience in long-term care preferred

·         Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

·         Compassionate, collaborative, and resident-focused mindset
