**Daily Pay Available**

RN Responsibilities:

Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out the duties of this job.
Receive reports at the beginning of each shift. Assess the physical and emotional status of each resident and evaluate their need for continued or immediate care.
Delegate responsibility for the direct care of each resident to appropriate nursing personnel according to needs, physical layout of care areas and staff ability.
Be responsible for all phases of direct resident care, within the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act.
Ensure that nursing staff perform all restorative measures recommended in the plan of care and required by each resident’s condition. Report all incidents of change in resident’s condition to the Director of Nursing.
Assist physicians on rounds and keep them informed of the status of each resident, changes in condition and medical emergencies.
Plan working schedule to allow for education, supervision, and evaluations of performance for all nursing personnel during the shift.
Maintain completeness of resident charts and individual care plans, making sure entries are timely, informative, and descriptive of resident’s condition.
Write daily nursing notes on all skilled residents, and monthly summary notes on each resident according to posted schedule.
Be responsible for timely execution of all physician orders, including laboratory testing, specialized therapy orders, and preparation and administration of all medications as indicated.

RN Requirements:

Must have a valid RN license in good standing.
Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
Completion of orientation required by company policy.
Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. Responsibilities: RN (Registered Nurse) Complete daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secured Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System. Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home infusion and infusion center patients. Administer ongoing care/infusions for each patient, and provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Physician and Clinical Manager. Confer with physicians and pharmacies to develop the initial treatment plan based on the physician's orders and the initial patient assessment. Provide hands-on care, management, and evaluation of the care plan and teaching of the patient under a physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation. Report patient care, conditions, and progress to the patient's physician, pharmacy, and Clinical Manager continuously. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems. Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation. Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, update/summarize patient records, and confer with other healthcare disciplines to provide optimal patient care.
