Full Time Certified Nurse Assistant – Long Term Care

Position Overview:
Boulder City Hospital is currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our Long Term Care unit. As part of our compassionate care team, you will play a key role in delivering essential daily care services to residents, helping maintain their dignity, safety, and overall well-being in a positive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
- Assist with examinations and treatments under supervision.
- Help create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for residents.
- Follow care plans and instructions from nursing staff accurately.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Requirements:
- Current Nevada CNA License (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Skilled in maintaining accurate and simple records under supervision.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of confidentiality in healthcare settings.
- Physical ability to lift, walk, carry, and stand for extended periods.
