Assumes responsibility for assignments given, seeks supervision appropriately, and is accountable for his/her actions by performing within the limits of his/her education and experience
Knows and conforms to the laws governing the practice of a practical nurse and provides nursing care using all elements of the nursing process
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and performs nursing procedures and techniques within scope of practice
Uses equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently
Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor
Bay Area Direct Client care has an immediate opening for an experienced LPN in the Palmetto area to care for a medically complex 2 year old male in the family home. He is medically complex with a tracheostomy on room air, and feeding tube. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year experience as a licensed LPN. We are currently hiring full time an part time days and nights. Day time shifts are from 7am- 7pm. Full time days to pick from are Fri, Sat, Sun,. The pay is $35/hr, weekly pay and direct deposit. Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate position for a Part time LPN nights 7pm- 7am Friday and Saturdays ( can be weekly or two weekends a month) at a range from $31-$35/hr. Will start at $34/hr for night shift differential. This is a medical group home with currently 4 patients and an home health aide for support. the patients are medically complex with tracheostomies and Gastric feeding tubes.
