UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital is hiring a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a weekend PRN position. If you have a passion for perioperative nursing and want to contribute to surgical excellence in a patient-centered environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Circulate and assist during surgical procedures in a variety of specialties.
Ensure a sterile, safe, and efficient environment throughout each procedure.
Anticipate surgeon and team needs to support high-quality, timely care.
Coordinate with pre-op and PACU teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
Document intraoperative care in compliance with UF Health and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Current Florida RN license required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNOR certification a plus.
At least 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills, surgical knowledge, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
