Gardenview Home Care is looking for per diem registered nurses to see our patients in person in NJ. We are a Licensed Home Care Agency servicing the Northern + Central NJ area. This can be a part time position!

Home Care Registered Nurse Duties include:

Assess patient at start of care to develop a plan of care
Initiate Plan-of-Care and make necessary changes as patient's needs evolve
Evaluate patients in their homes
Instruct and advise patients and/or families as well as the home health aides in patients' care
Reassess patients every two months to determine any condition change as well as supervise the home health aide to ensure proper care

Home Care Registered Nurse Requirements:

Valid & current New Jersey Registered Nurse License and Registration
Current Driver’s License
Organized and Patient oriented
Able to work independently
Good oral and written communication skills
Minimum of 1-2 years clinical nursing experience
Licensed home care services (LHCSA) experience preferred
Hourly rate of $50-$95 per visit
Mileage Reimbursed

The Cardiovascular Interventional Suite is currently seeking a Cardiac Cath/Interventional Radiology RN . This role involves providing nursing services to Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology patients, encompassing both technical procedures and patient care in accordance with ANA practice standards and specialty organization guidelines. The position also includes 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating basis. Responsibilities Obtains a complete nursing history and baseline assessment that is systematic, consistent, and continuous. This assessment is communicated effectively and documented. Appropriately analyzes health status data to determine nursing diagnosis and needs for appropriate nursing care, medical intervention or services of other clinical professionals. Identifies patient problems and formulates nursing diagnosis according to physical, psychological, spiritual/cultural and educational needs in conjunction with a multi disciplinary approach. Consistently includes patient and family in the development of an individualized plan of care. Administers medications as needed following CSHS policies and manufacturer's instructions. Takes immediate and appropriate actions in the event of a medication variance occurrence. Maintains and upgrades own nursing practice and development. Recognizes adverse reactions to medications and takes immediate and appropriate actions. Recognizes changes in patient condition and/or emergencies situations and takes immediate and appropriate actions. Educates patient on cardiac cath/interventional radiology post procedure instructions and provider follow up. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Two years of Cath lab/PCI experience. Current NJ RN License required. CPR Certification required. ACLS Certification required. IV Certification required. Speciality certification preferred. Moderate Sedation certification required. Basic knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology and hemodynamics.
