Location: 300 Market St, Saddle Brook, NJ  07663Schedule: Full-Time, Days 7AM-7:30PM  (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)Compensation: $46.00/Hour - $61.93/Hour (Based on Experience)+ Shift Differential

Responsibilities

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan. 

  • Receiving admissions and/or transfers.
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
  • Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement.
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid State RN License is required
  • BLS is required at hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
  • Clinical experience

Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a SNF and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system. DSD Services teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer, and will work to quickly leverage these to develop the infrastructure and rapidly grow the new service line. Ideal teammates will have experience in dialysis, get energized by a start-up type environment and improving the lives of patients, and have a track record of finding ways to Get Stuff Done (GSD). What you can expect: In this role, you take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track.
