Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Essential Functions

Provides learning opportunities for patients/family members and team members. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and treatment team.
  • Participates in discharge planning in order to provide continuity of care.
  • Delegates appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.

Seasonal Program 9/21/2025-4/4/2026 PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS · All seasonal RNs are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. · Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need. · Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period. · During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee). · Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off.
