We’re looking for a dedicated OR Circulator Nurse to join our team on a per-diem (PRN) basis. The OR Circulator plays a key role in supporting safe, efficient surgical procedures by coordinating all aspects of patient care before, during, and after surgery. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative surgical team.

Responsibilities:

Circulate for a variety of surgical cases while ensuring patient safety and adherence to aseptic techniques
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical technologists to anticipate patient and procedural needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of intraoperative care
Verify surgical supplies and equipment are prepared and functional prior to each procedure
Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and act as a patient advocate throughout the surgical experience

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
BLS and ACLS certifications required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of OR Circulator experience preferred; ASC experience a plus
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic principles, and perioperative nursing standards
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
