Summary Of Position

A Nurse Practitioner for Premier Physician Network (PPN) provides primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the center following established standards and practices of the center and PPN.

  • Willingness to follow standard practice of medicine.
  • Adhere to office policies and procedures and all Federal, State, and Local billing requirements to include

Qualifications

  • BSN required; MSN preferred.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with active State issued licensure with no restrictions and Certificate to Prescribe.
  • Current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse.
  • Current Certification in field.
  • Current CPR/BCLS, ACLS or PALS certifications.
