Summary Of Position

A Nurse Practitioner for Premier Physician Network (PPN) provides primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the center following established standards and practices of the center and PPN.

Adhere to office policies and procedures and all Federal, State, and Local billing requirements to include

Qualifications

BSN required; MSN preferred.
Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with active State issued licensure with no restrictions and Certificate to Prescribe.
Current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse.
Current Certification in field.
Current CPR/BCLS, ACLS or PALS certifications.
