What You'll Need:  

  • Associates Degree in nursing required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing Preferred  
  • Current active RN license with State of Colorado Board of Nursing   
  • BLS required. 
  • ALS, PALS required within six months of hire.

What You'll do:

  • Active and engaged participation in Nurse Residency Program  
  • Response to all situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols   
  • Provide nursing care to patients within an assigned unit or cross-trained unit and ability to document using electronic medical record   
  • Observes patients, recording significant conditions and reactions, and notifies provider of patient’s condition and response to drugs, treatments, and any change in patient’s condition
