As an integral member of the patient care team, our Registered Nurses play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare to our patients. From rooming and taking vital signs to assisting with procedures and conducting patient tests, our RNs are involved in every aspect of patient care. They are responsible for maintaining a seamless patient flow and ensuring efficient communication between the front desk and patients. In this fast-paced environment, our RNs must stay alert and focused, but their positive attitude and dedication to their work ensure their success in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Monitor patient progress and symptom severity by conducting a structured telephonic interview and using validated tools. Collaborate with patients to develop SMART self-management goals to assist patients with symptom improvement. Assist clinic with patient and staff education and provides individual and small group training in order to increase referrals and promote understanding of the role of the behavioral health care facilitator.
