The NA will float to the med-surg units. Scheduling Requirement: Three day shifts (7AM-7:30PM) a week. Weekend requirement: 3 night shifts per 4-week schedule. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Assists nurses in the delivery of nursing care through participation in the nursing process. The patient’s plan of care and treatment will begin in the TCU. Regularly maintains a neat appearance and adheres to departmental dress, including the wearing of appropriate identification.
