As a Full-Time CRNA on our anesthesia team, you would enjoy:

  • Annual base salary: $212,000
  • Malpractice coverage (OH state limits / claims-made policy with tail)
  • Cigna health insurance and optional dental/vision/life, etc.
  • Optional HSA/HRA employer contributions and flexible spending accounts
  • 7 weeks of paid time off
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plans (eligible after 1 year of employment)
  • Annual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary)
  • Annual bonus: End of year $5,000
  • Average number of cases per day: 10-13 – no weekends or holidays
  • Commencement Bonus - $10,000

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s degree in Anesthesia
  • Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required
  • 1-year related experience (Entry Level)

Core Responsibilities and Skills

  • Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures
  • Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet and database skills. Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and solve practical problems
