Your Role:

Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for each resident
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care standards
Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts
Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents
Perform other duties as assigned by management in a patient-centered care environment

Current CO CNA certification or certified in a compact state
