CNA Description of the Position:

Southern Hills Health and Rehab Center is searching for motivated, compassionate individuals to join our team. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide Residents with routine daily nursing care delivered in a compassionate attitude and in accordance with our established nursing care procedures and philosophies as may be directed by your supervisors.

CNA Requirements:

  • Must be able to bend, walk, stand, lift, carry, push and handle equipment, supplies or patients exceeding 50 pounds

  • Must function independently, have personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with Residents, employees, and support agencies.

CNA Qualifications:

  • Must have a current Oklahoma CNA
