Hillcrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center located in Lower Burrell PA, is actively seeking enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. We offer a nurturing home-like atmosphere with a capacity of 103 beds.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and their family members.

- Monitor and document patient progress and care.

- Participate in ongoing training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license from the state.

- Strong clinical and organizational skills.

- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with LPN duties.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care. 

- Great customer service, and communication.
