  • Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

  • Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M 

  • Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

 

 

Position Summary

Langdon Place of Dover is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The LPN plays a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents’ health and comfort, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

  • Document care and maintain accurate clinical records

  • Supervise LNAs/CNAs and support team-based care delivery

  • Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, and overall well-being

  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

 

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in the State of New Hampshire

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
