About the Role

As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care, including:

Administering medications, performing assessments, wound care, and documentation (LPN and RN)
Supervising nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care (RN preferred)
Monitoring patient conditions and promptly communicating changes to physicians or charge nurse
Creating a safe, warm, and respectful care environment every shift

Qualifications

LPN: Current, active, unencumbered OH LPN license
RN: Nursing degree from an accredited program and current, active, unencumbered OH RN license or multi-state license
Current CPR certification
Solid knowledge of nursing and medical procedures and long-term care best practices
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Ability to work tactfully with diverse teams and patient populations
