About the Role

As an LPN or RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care, including:

  • Administering medications, performing assessments, wound care, and documentation (LPN and RN)

  • Supervising nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care (RN preferred)

  • Monitoring patient conditions and promptly communicating changes to physicians or charge nurse

  • Creating a safe, warm, and respectful care environment every shift

Qualifications

  • LPN: Current, active, unencumbered OH LPN license

  • RN: Nursing degree from an accredited program and current, active, unencumbered OH RN license or multi-state license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Solid knowledge of nursing and medical procedures and long-term care best practices

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work tactfully with diverse teams and patient populations
