Your Role as a CNA:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Take and record vital signs, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Provide compassionate and personalized care in a resident-centered environment
Support nurses with various tasks and medical procedures as needed
Interact professionally with residents, families, and healthcare teams

What We’re Looking For:

Active CNA certification in North Carolina
CPR certification preferred
A compassionate, friendly, and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
