Our aim is to partner with the community to help our residents achieve their goals. The Potomac Center is a 62-bed licensed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). This program focuses on using therapeutic interventions to empower residents as they learn the skills they need to successfully return to community living. The Secure Evaluation and Therapeutic Treatment (SETT) Program, located within the Potomac Center campus, is a 32-bed licensed Forensic Residential Center that provides services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and court involvement within a safe and secure environment. The program provides assistance as they resolve their court involvement and work toward transitioning to a less secured environment. The SETT utilizes active treatment as well as providing evaluation, assessment and competency attainment education. GRADE ASTD15 LOCATION OF POSITION MDH, Potomac Center/SETT 1380 Marshall St., Hagerstown, MD 21740 Main Purpose of Job Duties This position shall discharge LPN duties of an intermediate nature including continuing alertness to individuals' health status in compliance with sound nursing practices and judgment and applicable center policies and procedures.
