In anticipation of our Fall 2025 opening, we are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate aides with a genuine interest in providing services to aging adults, to join our resident care team.

As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. To schedule an appointment for an on-site interview please call us at 914-898-5884.

Employment Status: Part-time
Shifts: Sunday and Monday 7a to 3p, Friday and Saturday 3p to 11p or Friday and Saturday 11p to 7a

Work Environment: Assisted Living

Anticipated Hire Date: now

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid HHA certificate required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

A HOME HEALTH AIDE MUST: • Get along well with others. • Be dependable and trustworthy. • Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures. • Maintain in-service requirements as specified in State and agency regulations.
