What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to support care plans

• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA certification in the state of New Jersey

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
