Beauvais Rehab is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records / Central Supply professional to join our team!

Job Duties Include:

  • Keep all current medical files up to date and filed in an organized manner

  • Assemble charts for use upon admission of a new resident; disassemble resident charts upon dismissal and ensure record completion and proper order

  • Update Nursing Chart Audit monthly using audit forms and computer audits

  • Perform daily spot checks of MARs and follow up on timely, accurate documentation for accidents/incidents, condition changes, etc.

  • Maintain and organize the central supply room and manage the inventory control list for all items received or removed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Medical Records required

  • CMT required

  • Central Supply preferred

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Must meet all state and federal requirements
