What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to support care plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility protocols

What We’re Looking For

Active CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
