Benefits

Pay: $15-$17 per hour (depending on the case)
Intervisit Mileage: Paid mileage for driving to multiple clients in one day
Flexible Scheduling: 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
Incentive Pay: Additional pay for short shifts and complex cases

Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 2 years of home care experience
Must live in Orlando, FL, or within 5 miles
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Own a registered and insured vehicle
Level 2 background check (fingerprints required)
CPR Certification
1-hour HIV/Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate
2-hour Alzheimer’s/Dementia Certificate

Duties & Responsibilities

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support with personal hygiene and toileting
Mobility assistance and transferring clients
Medication reminders

Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

Companionship & conversation
Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
Light housekeeping and laundry
Transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
Grocery shopping and running errands
Managing client’s home environment and safety
