Your Role as an RN:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care
Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and responding promptly
Promote resident dignity, independence, and restorative care
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided
Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs, promoting a positive and cohesive care team
Uphold safety protocols and ensure a high standard of care is maintained
