NOW HIRING: CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
Certified Nursing Assistant responsibilities Include:
- Provide daily routine care, including bathing, dressing, and serving meals
- Feed residents as necessary
- Provide safe transfers
- Assist with maintaining a clean and healthy environment
- Document clinical actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of New Jersey
- Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
- Current/active CPR certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
