Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Include:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor health status, and provide education to residents and families.
Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
Current/active CPR certification is preferred
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
