CMT Requirements:

  • Must have a current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification

CMT Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in their daily living activities

  • Encourage resident engagement and socialization to promote overall well-being

  • Create a safe environment where residents can thrive

  • Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision

  • Accurately maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed

  • Conduct frequent resident rounds and supervise CNAs to ensure proper care

  • Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on any issues
