Job Summary:

Coordinate plan of care, discharge and transfers as appropriate to meet the age specific needs of the patient.

Qualifications

Education:

Master's degree in Nursing with a Neonatal NP certification required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner(NNP) Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.

Experience:

Required 3 years of experience working in with pediatric neonatal patients.

Additional Skills / Abilities:

NNP with BLS and NRP certifications required.
