Job Summary:

  • Triage patient calls, messages and symptoms using established clinical protocols.
  • Coordinate OB intakes, prenatal visits, ultrasounds, and referrals.
  • Provide education on prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care.
  • Manage abnormal results, lab, follow-ups, and post-procedure calls.
  • Support providers with procedures and documentation in the EMR.
  • Collaborate with the care team to improve workflow and patient experience.

Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon RN license (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or related field.
  • BLS required; NRP and fetal monitoring preferred. 
  • Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organizational skills.
