Primary Responsibilities:

Provide professional, compassionate personal care assistance
Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Dressing and grooming
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Monitor and record vital signs
Observe and report changes in client condition
Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility programs
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Collaborate with care team members and family caregivers
Follow all care plans and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
CPR certification (American Heart Association)
Completion of an accredited CNA program
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Clean background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills
Physical ability to assist with client transfers and positioning
