Join Our Compassionate Team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to become part of our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
-
Deliver direct nursing care to residents, which includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting changes in their condition.

Assist in the development and implementation of personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs and goals.

Collaborate with other healthcare team members, such as physicians, therapists, and other professionals.

Ensure that all documentation and charting is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as necessary.

Educate residents and their families about healthcare needs and treatment options.
-
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when required.

Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care within the facility.
Qualifications:
-
A valid and current LVN license in the state of California.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, inpatient rehabilitation, or inpatient behavioral health setting.

Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and implementing nursing care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
