Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 2. LPN, with a License in good standing to practice. 3. The LPN shall have a minimum of (a) two (2) years of experience as a nurse within the last three (3) years; OR have a minimum of one (1) years’ experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health, home care, or hospice nursing is preferred. 4.
