Position Summary : Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with nursing care procedures and as directed by supervisor. Assist patients/residents with Daily Living Activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfer, ambulation, toileting and other resident needs. 2. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents. Keep an accurate record of food intake and output, as directed. Be alert for proper ventilation, temperature, light and noise control. Take TPR (temperature, pulse, & rate), blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc., as directed. Promptly answer call lights and assist with other resident needs. Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested. Requirements/Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistant: Current Nursing Assistant certification from state of Florida. Current/active CPR certification, preferred. At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience preferred. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
