Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Transport residents to and from activities and meals in accordance with their service plans.
Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
Document and communicate changes in residents' eating habits to the supervisor.
Uphold quality services in alignment with company, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid CA nursing assistant certification.
Current CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
A minimum of one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, in-patient rehabilitation, or in-patient behavioral health setting.
