Salary: $80,000/yr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Role Overview:

This is a non-clinical, case management position—no hands-on care required.
You’ll be responsible for start-of-care visits, home-based assessments, and ongoing client oversight. The role is based out of our Bethlehem office and involves light local travel—typically 3 home visits per day for quick head-to-toe assessments.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse License in the state of Pennsylvania
At least one year of nursing experience required.preferrably in a home health experience
