Position Overview:

The Special Float Registered Nurse (RN) provides flexible and comprehensive nursing care across multiple units within the healthcare facility. This role requires adaptability to work in various clinical settings, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients in diverse environments. The Special Float RN is responsible for performing patient assessments, administering treatments, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
